A message from your Board of Directors.

Lantana Ranch is one of the premier neighborhood communities in Chandler Arizona. Lantana Ranch is a large home subdivision south of Queen Creek Road, between McQueen Road and Cooper Road in Chandler, Arizona. Lantana Ranch was originally developed by Fulton Homes. This community includes water-features, lush landscaping, walking paths, covered parks, and ramadas.

Schools in the area are Hamilton High, San Tan Junior, San Tan Elementary, Basha Elementary, Chandler Traditional Academy – Independence.

Many of the shopping destinations close-by include Fry’s, Target, Wal-Mart, Sprouts, Home Depot, Lowes, Staples, and Ross.

Fitness facilities nearby include LA Fitness, Ocotillo Village Health Club & Spa, BFIT4Life, EoS Fitness, Club Pilates.

City parks include Paseo Vista Recreation Area & Bark Park, Tumbleweed Recreation & Tennis Center.

Lantana Ranch is managed by a Homeowners Association (HOA). The Lantana Ranch HOA holds meetings every two months.
